On Tuesday, the State Prize for Architecture 2023 was awarded by the Ministry of Labour and Economic Affairs.

„Architecture is a highly innovative industry that is of the utmost importance for Austria as a business location. At the same time, it is an extremely attractive employer for highly qualified workers.“ explained Roland Weinert, Head of Section at the BMAW, at the presentation of the State Prizes for Architecture in the categories of production/trade, services and administration/research.

In addition to the three state prize winners, the jury honoured with nominations obermoser + partner architekten, in cooperation with Architekt Hanno Schlögl, for the project ‚Gutmann Pelletsspeicher‘

Arch. Thomas Gasser, together with our client Alexander Gutmann, have been in Vienna gathering the award nomination.
